Mookee

Coming from an instrument background (drums, guitar) Mookee’s music naturally comes together in a very organic sound. Recording drums, bass and guitar himself as well as working with different instrumentalists on e.g. strings, brass and woodwinds, he works mainly with his own source material, which creates his own memorable style. The release of his second album “Yonder” introduced him to an even larger spectrum of the downtempo/electronica scene, leading to a collaboration with Equanimous and Skysia, a feature on the Freio Music Podcast and several track and remix reviews on the Stereofox channel.

With his new Alinea EP he pushes his productions further into the realm of electronic and dance-oriented music, with tracks like “Moss” and “Times without rest”.
