Known for his organic and enchanting tracks that draw from lo-fi, ambient, and indie pop, Majent began his artist’s journey in 2018. Having always had a strong connection with music, Josiah Ellsworth started piano lessons as a child and has used music as a creative outlet ever since. He later picked up percussion, and eventually began producing music at home.
At just 17 years of age, Majent has already released an extensive catalog of singles, an EP, and a debut album, all within the two years since the project started. He’s garnered the support of some notable artists in the electronic music scene such as MYRNE, Duumu, imagiro, and a handful of others. This proficient producer from Wisconsin has a lot to offer, and will continue to turn heads with his unique sound design and captivating songwriting style.
