We built this track as a kind of refuge, starting from a place of escaping those negative thought loops and letting the beat carry that weight. It naturally evolved into something more introspective, with that soulful bass and keys pulling us into a reflective space where it felt okay to be paused in life.
Mesklun & Chris Savor
THE RELEASE
In their new Stereofox single, Mesklun and Chris Savor deliver a resonant message aimed at everyone in the industry – it’s okay for life to slow down. In moments of stillness, there’s peace and a quiet confidence in allowing everything to unfold in its own time.
The song comes as a beautiful follow-up to their dreamy and hypnotic 2025 release with the label, “Don’t Worry”.
Chris’s stellar vocal and production talents have led to collaborations with Kele Okereke (Bloc Party), BBC Introducing’s Future Name of the Week, and support from SiriusXM Chill. His brand of electronica tends to have a cinematic touch, and this is no surprise considering that he also produces music for short films. His co-creator for this release, Mesklun, is heavily inspired by nature, giving it an organic feel that listeners are deeply able to resonate with.
