“Bad intentions” is about blurred lines. Sometimes relationships and attraction are all about timing and circumstances. You can see someone in a different light after months/years of knowing them or have that moment where everything clicks.
Lina Nikol
THE RELEASE
London singer Lina Nikol returns with her 4th single for 2024 – and one of her most seductive pieces so far.
“Bad Intentions” tells the story of attraction in a playful way, touching on the concept of timing and chemistry. It has smooth production with warm keys and a catchy drum groove (courtesy of Mindy), providing the perfect setting for Lina Nikol’s lush vocal runs.
“Bad Intentions” also has a verse from London-based Australian rapper Dann Dib, whose debut Stereofox single “TWIX” got featured on CLASH, Triple J Radio & a dozen editorials. His effortless, yet spirited flow, together with Lina’s honey voice create the perfect blend of neo-soul, r&b, and hip-hop.
Lina has a few live shows lined up in London until the end of 2024, after performing at Ronnie Scott’s, Next Door Records (London) & Future Echoes Festival (Sweden). Her latest singles with Misha, Baker Aaron & Boyan were supported by the likes of BBC, Global Soul, Earmilk, and editorials on Apple, Spotify, and Deezer.
