This track is about a very intense and possessive love/relationship where you’re being a bit selfish because material things don’t impress you anymore, that’s why you need to see your name on the person you’ve chosen. It’s kind of funny because you don’t expect a girl to say something like “let me tatt my name on you”.

2024 was a great year for London singer Izabel but she’s set to take things to the next level in 2025.
After her previous single “Discipline” landed on Spotify’s Fresh Finds R&B and she opened live for legend Asher Roth @ Hootananny Brixton, Izabel’s back with another slow burner for St. Valentine’s Day.
“Tattoo” tells the story of a possessive relationship but in a cute way – that you love someone so much, that you’d like to put your name on them. It also explores topics like commitment, materialism, passion & individual expression. The instrumental is punchy yet warm, with an appealing haziness in the synths.
The song is produced by MITCHWHITE & CallMeTheKidd (One Acen) and co-written with Carson Hayes.
Izabel also performed alongside Tia Gordon & Illa Joy on Jan 29th @ Hootananny Brixton & will be part of the iluvlive x ERNB Woman’s Day show on March 18th, alongside Akemi Fox, Loie & Natalie Lindi.
