Erwin Do’s virtuosic piano meets B-Side’s warm, stripped-back production on their upcoming Blue Hour Jazz EP, out October 22nd on Stereofox Records.
Bringing improvised jazz into a calm, beat-driven world, the project unfolds as a musical dialogue between Erwin Do’s expressive piano work and B-Side’s laid-back grooves.
Much like the blue hour itself – that fleeting moment between day and night – the EP finds beauty in the in-between. Warm piano tones, rounded grooves, and romantic melodies create an intimate atmosphere that feels made for late-night conversations and the moments when the day gradually gives way to night.
Leading the release is the double single “Happy Hour / Morning Coffee”, offering the first glimpse into the duo’s warm, intimate sonic world.
