Donkeychote

Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist Donkeychote charms his audience with his distinctive playing and producing. A strong sense of passion shaped his musical expression over the years, merging his styles to a juicy yet jazzy indie vibe. Organic saturated drums pumping throughout his music, laying down the foundation for his sticky bass and fluid guitar lines.

He started playing music when he was 15, after finding his older brother’s old guitar in the attic. He has been playing in bands since then, diving into indie, afrobeat, funk, neo-soul, soul, and hip-hop. Busking in Australia throughout his 20s gave him the vision to become a full-time musician. Then, he moved to Berlin to study music production and began the Donkeychote project.
