Monsieur Teddy

Teddy Toursiere is a French bassist and composer celebrated for his distinctive sound and captivating music videos. With a career spanning over 17 years, he masterfully blends jazz, soul, funk, and lofi into a unique musical identity filled with groove and emotion.

Teddy’s journey into music began with the violin before he discovered his true love – playing the bass. From 2010 to 2022, he performed live with multiple projects, most notably CHROMATIK, a dynamic jazz/hip-hop fusion group. With CHROMATIK, Teddy honed his craft onstage, recording four albums and playing at prominent festivals across France.

In 2022, he shifted his focus to social media, sharing near-daily videos on Instagram that garnered millions of views. This creative surge ignited his vision for a solo project, and thus, Monsieur Teddy was born.
