For “Tightrope,” he teamed up with up-and-coming US singer Chanelle Ray. The single is smooth, soulful & honest and tells a story about the vulnerability of new love. It captures that quiet plea for reassurance, that soft “just tell me it’s safe, tell me you feel the same.”
Co-written with Varren Wade (known for his work with GIVĒON, Ella Mai, and Drake) during a session in London, “Tightrope” balances silky vocals with smooth production & lush sax, blending slow-burner r&b, neo-soul vibes, and jazz-infused textures.
