Every time I work with Sir Steezy Things aka Ryan aka Groove Master, the sounds just connect effortlessly. He is a master of creating that little groove that draws you in. My job is to stop myself from going overboard and to keep the same harmony with all the instrument additions and drum elements. The result is never quite the typical one, but it works, and that’s where peanut butter and honey came into it. It’s not the usual PB & J combination but it’s a lovely combination that is smooth, sweet, and a little different.
