“This song really speaks to anyone who is going through an emotional rollercoaster in their relationship. When you’ve built a life with someone, but things have changed over time, it’s very difficult to make that decision whether it’s time to let go or you should be hopeful that you can work things out. The lyrics are very raw and real and I think that letting that vulnerability out in the open is difficult to most people. I guess this song is a reminder that we’re all going through our own battles and have doubts, no relationship is perfect, even if it looks that way from the outside.”

THE RELEASE
London singer Lina Nikol wraps up the year in the most beautiful & touching way.
After a streak of notable singles for 2024 and with a few collaborations around the corner (following the first Stereofox songwriting camp at Platoon Studios with edbl, Mom Tudie, James Berkeley, Raelle, etc.), she shares the gorgeous ballad “Worth It”.
Produced by GRAMMY-nominee Ashton Sellars (FLO, Ella Mai, BLXST) & mixed by Swindle (Greentea Peng, Loyle Carner, Mahalia), the song carries Lina’s honey vocals & vulnerable storytelling and Ashton’s warm guitars & slow-burner production.
Thematically, “Worth It” explores emotional roller-coaster relationships and the difficult decision of whether to fight or let go. It’s relatable & honest, making it a song everyone can connect with.
Lina Nikol opened for PJ Morton in 2023 and has also performed in different venues in London, Sweden, Germany & Bulgaria. Her music can be heard on BBC 1, 1Xtra, Jazz FM, Voices Radio, Soho Radio & many more.
