TOSHIKI HAYASHI (%C) is a Tokyo-based DJ, beatmaker, and music producer. Rooted in hip-hop, he creates music across a wide range of genres, including instrumental beats, City Pop, and R&B.
In 2019, he released the TIME IS OVER EP featuring BASI and Mamiko Suzuki from Manhattan Records, followed by his full-length album City to City, Coast to Coast in November 2024.
He has produced and remixed music for artists such as iri, SKRYU, and chelmico, as well as Tokimeki Records and CBS, contributing his works across both major and independent scenes. In addition, he performs nationwide as the support live DJ for the rap duo chelmico.
