Jonathan “Jay Cass” Casanova is a rising producer out of Long Island, NY. Jay, of Haitian and Panamanian descent, is influenced by a wide array of genres ranging from kompas and meringue to disco, classic rock, and rap. Under the wing of both his father and brother, Jay learned the ways of piano and production, respectively.

After many years of rapping and producing, Jay decided to devote his creative energy strictly to production. This is where he truly blossomed. After making the transition, Jay felt motivated to lock in and create his best work to date. This focus gave way to the inception of his most successful single “Coconut Milk”, now with over 600k streams. Jay’s career-defining project “JUNGLE” was also created as a byproduct of this new direction, which landed itself in the New and Notable section on Bandcamp.
