Japanese guitarist Kazuki Isogai and producer GORO KUMAI return to Stereofox Records for the third and final chapter of their acclaimed Seawater EP series. Over the last two years since its debut, the project has amassed over 6 million streams across DSPs and earned a feature on Bandcamp’s homepage.
Across five tracks, Seawater, vol. 3 invites listeners into a world of wide ocean views, soaked in calm, nostalgia, and dreaminess.
Building on their signature blend of neo-soul guitars and laid-back boom-bap grooves, Kazuki Isogai and GORO KUMAI bring a sense of gratitude and reflection to this closing chapter.
Leading the release, “Azure” paints a picture of endless blue skies, still waters, with the lingering sense of summer approaching its end. The second single, “Ripples,” unfolds through emotive guitar melodies, echoing the EP’s themes of retrospection, light melancholy, and embracing each new wave as it comes.
