“I had this demo sitting on my hard drive for years. I started it very early in my journey when I was naïve and just learning about producing. It feels like a nod to my past self to finally conclude it, so I tried to stay true to that naivety with how I finished it off, by deliberately keeping the mix a bit rough around the edges, which I think adds a hazy quality to how the track feels.”
