In a graspable sense, you’ve likely felt a deep sense of relief when music really resonates with something you’ve been feeling, but struggled to encapsulate with words… or maybe even used music to change your mood or emotional state.
Touching on the more abstract, you may have experienced your emotional state shaping your reality. Most of all, I want to offer music that adds beauty to the world; physically, mentally, emotionally.”

Familiar yet entirely new, PIANIKA’s Lune EP (Ambient Reworks) offers an immersive, atmospheric experience that runs parallel to the original – light, calm, and expansive.
Ambient is often melancholic, but these new renditions, while rooted in the original songs and their soothing energy, bring a sense of uplift, hope, and inspiration. PIANIKA is an artist who knows is not in control of music, but rather sees it as a vessel. “This whole experience is also a reminder that even as artists, music isn’t something we are responsible for, as much as it is something we can participate in. Sometimes, when ideas are ready to come through, they often arrive through the path of least resistance,” she shares.
Lune EP (Ambient Reworks) builds on the success of her 2025 Lune EP via Stereofox, reimagining the tracks with a dreamier, tranquil feel that’s bound to lift you to cloud 9.
A standout moment in the EP is certainly the presence of Dutch producer and composer Deeb, whom PIANIKA invited on his meditative journey.
His spiritual rework of “Lune” sets the tone with airy, warm keys that bridge neo-classical and ambient influences. “deeB has this special way of creating atmosphere that’s irresistibly immersive. My favourite part of his track is the absolute drift in the outro (2:52 – 3:33). It feels like an effortless key to a deep meditative state, and a natural sense of closure for the EP“, she elaborates.
This release is meant to reach the soul. It comes with a simple message from the talented New Zealand producer, “If you can, listen on headphones, seated or lying down, and just notice what you feel.“
