Our EP February is a musical and artistic representation of the last year living in Leeds. The people I’ve met, the love I’ve found and experienced in a new relationship as well as the hardships of being away from those things. It is also a showcase of my new and personal music style I have recently flourished into after having tried and experimented with many different sounds and songwriting styles.

The meaning behind the title ‘february’ comes from the time frame in which the songs were written and recorded in as it’s taken a full year from February 2024 till 2025 where all these experiences had taken place.

UK singer-songwriter Honor Carr & producer Leo Hollywood teamed up once again for their debut on Stereofox.
February EP consists of 5 tunes, wrapped up in soulfulness, warmth & sweet melancholy. It is inspired by the past year Honor & Leo spent in Leeds, with all the good & bad things in life away – love, friendships, troubles & homesickness.
The upfront single “waiting for you” encapsulates Leo & Honor’s signature collab style with honey vocals, gentle keys & impeccable drum groove.
The full project will also include the previously-released “Ocean” which has landed on Spotify’s Fresh Finds UK and had multiple airplays on BBC Introducing.

Honor Carr
Honor Carr is a London-born singer and songwriter whose musical journey began at age seven, when she received her first keyboard. What started as piano lessons across the street quickly evolved into a deep-rooted passion for music - culminating in a love for her most powerful instrument: the voice. Her debut EP february (coming June 2025 on Stereofox), created in collaboration with producer Leo Hollywood, explores love, growth, and emotional resilience.

Leo Hollywood is a producer & songwriter living between Leeds & London. He has produced records for a range of artists, including Isaiah Dreads, Implicit, Honor Carr, Sam Cotton, Mazey June, etc. Drawing from classic soul, modern jazz, and contemporary production techniques, his sound feels both timeless and forward-thinking.
